I’ve been in the food industry as a cook and baker since 2008.
I now own De Coeur Bake Shop. When I’m not working I still genuinely love to cook and will often find myself in the kitchen cooking and experimenting. I believe whole-heartedly in eating fresh, seasonal and home-cooked meals whenever possible, while supporting local farmers and purveyors. I also believe in indulgences, imbibing and balance. I wanted to create a space to share some of that love, my recipes, pictures and insight with friends and family.
